    Good food, dog friendly, good location. Very friendly and helpful service, we think this is our new favourite pub in Corfe. Much nicer than years ago under the previous owners. Come here by steam train for the ultimate experience!

    Lovely little country pub in the heart of Corfe Castle. The beer garden has incredible views of the castle. The Swanage historic railway passes just behind the pub so its a great spot to watch the steam train at the weekends

    Popped in for food on Saturday 29/04/17, expensive for a basic lasagna, wife's meal was better. THEN... Popped in today Monday 01/05/17 for some drinks.. Had a bottle of wine in garden, all very nice, then had another indoors and then got the cold shoulder from land Lord, upto that point all very nice with friendly service etc, etc. Cannot understand why all of a sudden we were made to feel unwelcome. We kept ourselves to ourselves at all times and was not nosey etc... Pub was not over busy.. Had our two small dogs with us who sleept most of the time and no bother at all.
